Our praise band plays and sings on Sundays, September thru May, at the 10:30am service, with 10 Sundays off including Christmas and Easter. 1+ years of experience leading worship services preferred. Self-starter who strives for quality. Can skillfully play a lead instrument (guitar or keyboard) in the worship band. Ability to perform on that instrument using just a lead line with chords. Quality singing voice for leading songs in worship and teaching songs in rehearsal. Skilled in giving vocal and instrumental direction. This position exists so students experience the fullness of life in Christ through enriching, safe, and engaging Christian programming before and after school and during the summer.
The Coordinator oversees our programs, including K–8 Summer Camp, GAP programming, Clubs and School Year Childwatch, ensuring high-quality programming where children meet Jesus, build friendships, and have fun.
The Director is responsible for program planning and implementation, staffing, scheduling, budget oversight, and daily operations of all school-age childcare (Childwatch) programs. The Coordinator works closely with church and school leadership to support and advance Bethlehem’s mission and ministry.
