Session 1 - "Leadership GPS - Navigating the Path of Leadership"

There has never  been a more challenging time to be a  leader in a Lutheran school.  The diversity of responsibilities create stress, overload and often a question of leadership ability.  Our schools are led by true servant-leaders who must be secure in themselves to keep them moving toward sustained excellence. This session will discuss principles to provide leaders with sure footing to guide their journey in ministry. Prepare to engage, reflect and grow in applying proven practices.
Session 2 - "Discipling Your Staff"
Discipleship ranks as God's top priority because Jesus practiced it, commanded us to do it and His followers continued it.  Helping your staff grow in their own faith journey must be done with intention to encourage and equip your staff to learn and follow Jesus and be disciple-makers. We will share practical applications to impact the spiritual formation of your team..
Spencer Peregoy has served as a Lutheran teacher and administrator for 41 years in Lutheran Schools in California, Arizona and Missouri.  He has been a student and learner of leadership since graduating from ASU in Tempe with a degree in Educational Leadership in 1992.  He is a 2007 National Distinguished Principal and in 2008 helped his school become a National Blue Ribbon School.  His wife Rhonda has been his partner in ministry and this summer they celebrated their 40th anniversary with the families of their two children and four  grandchildren. They recently relocated to Colorado Springs to be closer to family.
